Our Spring Grant Calls Are Open!
Support for good neighbourly relations, civil society and all kinds of innovative culture. That's the dose served up by our spring grant calls.Once again, project support comes in the form of two workshops from HUB MB. So what's there to look forward to?
Tady jsem doma (At Home Here) — Human relationships are the cornerstone of our society. The “Tady jsem doma” programme supports the creation of meeting places, brings public space to life and strengthens ties to local traditions. The call also helps associations and non-profit organisations sustain their activities over the long term.
Kultura má zelenou — General Call — This year again, this call will support artists from across the country who want to bring their cultural activities to our regions. We're looking for projects that bring new visions and new models of cultural activity to the regions while taking local conditions into account. Bohemian Heritage Fund is once again the expert guarantor.
Kultura má zelenou — Visual Arts — A specialised branch of the Kultura má zelenou programme is new this year. It supports visual art in all its forms: the creation of works, exhibitions, interventions and publications. The co-announcer and expert guarantor is the Foundation for Contemporary Art Prague, which among other things nominates the expert panel that selects recommended projects.

The spring round of calls offers more than just funding — it also provides expert support. Good ideas often fail because of a lack of preparation time or weak project presentation. Two workshops, “Successful Project”, run by HUB Mladá Boleslav, will guide applicants through the entire process — from idea to submitted application. Participants will also see things from the assessors' perspective and learn the key criteria used to evaluate projects. The knowledge gained can be applied not only in our grant calls, but also in those of other institutions.
