Podpora zdravotnického personálu Mobilního hospice Anežky České

The mobile hospice of Agnes of Bohemia in Červený Kostelec provides specialized palliative care to patients in the terminal phase of the disease directly in their homes. Our goal is to ensure the highest possible quality of life for patients in their last days. Patients are cared for by a team consisting of a doctor, nurses, a social worker, a psychotherapist and a clergyman. We operate in the Hradec Králové Region, especially in the districts of Trutnov, Náchod and Rychnov nad Kněžnou. This grant application is crucial to fund the salaries of our medical staff so that they can continue to provide this much-needed service.
