Within the project we will provide in accordance with our mission in the Mladá Boleslav region home hospice care to patients in the terminal stage of life in order to improve their quality of life, especially to relieve them from pain, decubitus, but also anxiety and fears that usually accompany this period. Necessary care and support not only for the dying, but also for the persons caring for them, is provided by a professional hospice team consisting of: nurse, doctor, social worker, psychologist, clergyman, etc. We provide professional hospice equipment and aids, which we lend to clients free of charge.
