The new social service Patmos Social Activation Services for the Elderly and Disabled will help dozens of seniors in Rychnov n. Kn. and the surrounding area. This outreach service will offer seniors in need the opportunity to renew their motivation to re-establish social contacts. There is no similar service in the Rychnov nad Kněžnou district and its need has been recognized by the staff of the Hradec Králové Region and the Social Department of the City of Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Currently, the service is being prepared by staff (future workers have already been identified) and its registration is being negotiated for 1 January 2022.
